[3dem] plasma cleaner question

Dear David,

I am not familiar with the design of fischione plasma cleaner, but I do not
expect producing any considerable amounts of dangerous gases. In such
systems, however, the exhaust port of the oil rotary vane vacuum pumps must
be either equipped with active alumina filter or the pipe must be directed
to an outdoor atmosphere to get rid of the nasty oil mists.

Cheers

Ferrie
