[3dem] NVIDIA GPU's for cryoEM computation

Hi,

I think the two cards are almost identical for cryoEM number crunching.
The RTXA6000Ada has slightly higher bandwidth and the L40S may have a
slight edge on f32 compute power.
Given the price difference I would go with the RTXA6000Ada.
