Hi Guy,

I think you got responses with the options which are possible.
I can comment on two - the Gatan Rio16 (4x4 k) is fine and fast, but the
physical pixel is 9 um (only); the Rio9 only has 3x3 k pixels; while on a TVIPS
XF416 (my favorite), you get 16 Mio pixels, each 14 um large, with obvious
advantages concerning sensitivity. - I cannot comment on the physical pixel
size on AMT cameras.
And, it also depends on other factors, your budget / discount in your country,
and local support, service after sales. You will think about this, too.
With TVIPS, the support has been perfect in the last 20+x years. In my
experience.
My 2 cents (oh yes, these cameras will cost you more than 2 cents, I know).
kind regards,
Reinhard
