[3dem] K3/GIF Bioquantum (Gatan) For Sale.

In connection with a detector upgrade, the Harvard Cryo-EM Center for Structural Biology plans to offer for sale a K3/GIF Bioquantum (Gatan), originally installed in 2018.  K3 and GIF are in good working order, and many high-resolution data sets have been recorded on this device.

Expected availability: Dec. 2023.

Price: $300,000 or best offer.  The purchaser will be responsible for removal, packing, reinstallation and re-certification (for service contract) by Gatan as well as for pick-up or insured shipping from Boston, MA to the buyer’s location.
