[3dem] parallel tomography in TFS Tomography -- experiences?

Hi Lars,

If you do have Windows 10 it does work equally well. At eBIC we use TFS Tomo with off-axis tomography regularly for the user program. Both serialEM and TFS Tomo give equally good results, serialEM is slightly faster still. Just be sure to enable both track before and after and use a good region for focus and tracking something that is tracking well.

Best wishes,
Julika

Hi Lars.

Not sure if it is released yet. I anyway have not tried it because we stick with SerialEM-only since older scopes cannot be upgraded to Windows 10 and thus cant run the latest TFS Tomography software. Something to keep in mind.
