[3dem] To convert older star files anew in version-3.1

 Dear EM community,

I picked the particles in cryolo after training the data set. Now, I am
trying to import those picked particles into Relion. But, I am unable to
import as Relion is showing an error stating to convert old star files anew
in version-3.1. How can I convert the older star files anew in a version?
Any help would be appreciated.
