[3dem] CryoSPARC v4.0 Beta now available

Dear 3DEM,

We are excited to announce that CryoSPARC v4.0 Beta is now publicly
available!

The new version features a fully re-designed web application interface to
support more complex and performant workflows, including new interactive
jobs for curating and inspecting data, a new filtering and tagging system,
integrated 3D volume viewer, and more. v4.0 also includes important
algorithmic and implementation updates and multiple new software features.
