Our lab generates around 0.4-0.5 PB of cryo-EM data every year that we process in our own HPC environment consisting of a cluster, workstations, and parallel filesystems.

Our lab is located at UC Berkeley in the San Francisco Bay area and affiliated with the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. The position will be funded by the Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI).
