[3dem] Relion 3D auto-refine on a single machine

Hi all,

I receive following error when I try to do a 3D Refinment on a single 
workstation:

> ERROR:
> ERROR: Cannot split data into random halves without using MPI! For 
> debugging ONLY, use --debug_split_random_half 1 (or 2)

Is there a way to run 3D auto-refine on a single machine (=without MPI)?
