The Chellum group is the leading research lab in the field of environmental engineering and focuses on water purification techniques, atmospheric particulate and toxicity of nanoparticles. Research involves experiments with bacteriophages using conventional and advanced water treatment processes and mechanistic investigations on phage morphology and damages via various microscopic techniques and eluding cryo electron microscopy, computation image analysis and spectroscopy.
