A three years Post-Doctoral/Engineer position is available for a highly
motivated candidate to work on advanced *3D cryo-CLEM pipelines* to
study *Sars-CoV-2
cell interactions* at *Institut Pasteur, Paris*.



This technological project will be carried out in a stimulating
multidisciplinary environment, between research groups and imaging

Paris and in close contact with the group of Anne Brelot in the Dynamics of
Host-Pathogen Interaction Unit directed by Jost Enninga. He/she will have
the cutting-edge optical and cryo-electron microscopy infrastructure and
expertise of Institut Pasteur at his/her disposal to integrate
super-resolution methods in the project.

particles and cellular studies, including a TitanKrios G3i Cryo-TEM
equipped with a bioquantum imaging filter and a K3 direct electron detector
and phase plates, two Glacios with Falcon III detector and Ceta-D camera
for MicroED analysis, an Aquilos cryo-FIB/SEM system with cryo-lift-out and
iFLM module, a Leica cryo-light Thunder Imager EM cryo-CLEM microscope.
