[3dem] Postdoctoral position in the Duss and Mahamid groups at EMBL

Dear all,

We have an exciting opportunity for a fully funded 3 year postdoctoral position, shared between the Duss (single-molecule fluorescence) and Mahamid (cryo-ET)  groups to work on exciting combinations of the two techniques to study bacterial transcription in reconstituted condensates.

You may already have experience in single-molecule fluorescence microscopy and/or biochemistry (optimally in protein expression & purification and in performing RNA or protein-RNA biochemical assays), or in cryo-EM/ET, and are excited to develop skills in the other technique, where we will provide training.
