Dear Colleagues:

The parallel implementation of the local alignment has been optimized in
this version that can save about 30% processing time when the patch
alignment is enabled. This version has also fixed the bug in generating the
flipped volume. My test shows that the flipped volume now has the same
orientation as the one flipped in IMod using rotation around the x axis.

Hope this new version can expedite your data processing.
