[3dem] postdoc and PhD positions at KTH on dynamics of atomic models from cryo-EM using deep learning

Dear all,

The Department of Mathematics at KTH Royal Institute of Technology is 
accepting applications for a postdoc position and a PhD position in 
computational single-particle cryo-EM funded by the Wallenberg AI, 
Autonomous Systems and Software Program (WASP), the Wallenberg National 
Program for Data-Driven Life Science (DDLS), and the Swedish Research 
Council. The positions are part of a long-project that is pursued 
jointly between KTH and SciLifeLab in Sweden involving several 
international partners. It will focus on using deep neural networks for 
direct reconstruction of dynamical atomic models of biomolecules from

single-particle cryo-EM, inverse problems, or machine learning. For both
