We are looking for someone to bring their skills in cryo-FIB and cryo-ET to enhance the very active structural and cell biology communities at Harvard Medical School, Boston Children's Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Massachusetts General Hospital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high quality data is generated on a recently acquired Aquilos 2 cryo-FIB and our well-established Krios electron microscopes, training users in sample preparation and image acquisition, and providing guidance in current and future image processing programs and pipelines. Candidates should have experience in managing and operating high-end cryo-EM equipment. The candidate will work closely with a team of scientists to support projects in many research areas and will take on some facility management responsibilities. Good technical, communication, and teaching skills are essential for this position.

The position will have a high degree of independence with plenty of opportunities to develop collaborative relationships with Harvard community investigators and to present at regional and national symposia and workshops.
