[3dem] ThermoFisher XML files

Hi,

Maybe I have missed something simple, but does anyone have a good way to extract useful information from the XML and dm files that are generated by EPU?  I'm specifically interested in stage positions for the atlas images (which I hope is recorded there), but I'm sure there is other information that would be useful in some of these files.
