[3dem] Insulated rack for K3

The main 'trick' we've found is to use block off plates for any spaces that
are left open, the USystems UCoustic/Edge 3 racks do a good job of blocking
airflow from leaking around the mounting rails. Adding 1U Blanking Panels
all the rack's airflow is directed through the servers.
