Two cryoEM positions are available to help determine key aspects of the basis of neuronal signaling using a combination of cryoEM, and cryoET. Other projects in the lab focus on the mechanisms of molecular complexes in disease conditions. Candidates should have a PhD in biophysics or structural biology and some experience in cryoEM. UCSF offers a rich and exciting collaborative environment for structural biology and cell biology, in a culturally rich city of San Francisco.
