Hello everyone,

Postdoctoral positions are available in the Jimah lab<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__jimahlab.princeton.edu_join&d=DwIFAw&c=-35OiAkTchMrZOngvJPOeA&r=L7-zyQ-04fFCMRqzLIOnx7H0exGZHwIQe_wMPuY600I&m=p8oSgef50n6LZ_miEtqZcr9GR4gZhdVNwlxchOUuH3YAv1r5rBl8Nan5lCmdy47M&s=YV-F9maNxp7RcCY5PjwvDKd8idekijWvtUG8x_oecYw&e= > at Princeton University (coming January 2022). We study the mechanisms of membrane remodeling processes in human cells and malaria parasites. We primarily apply cryo-electron microscopy and tomography to investigate how human and parasite proteins enable cellular processes including endocytosis and the biogenesis of organelles. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a vibrant research program, and we are committed to fostering the career development of all members of the research group. The postdoctoral scholar will have access to cutting-edge cryo-EM equipment at the Imaging & Analysis Center<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__iac.princeton.edu_equipment.html&d=DwIFAw&c=-35OiAkTchMrZOngvJPOeA&r=L7-zyQ-04fFCMRqzLIOnx7H0exGZHwIQe_wMPuY600I&m=p8oSgef50n6LZ_miEtqZcr9GR4gZhdVNwlxchOUuH3YAv1r5rBl8Nan5lCmdy47M&s=s5Mh13ty5YbMnmsiBT129uv78VlxCOj7TR-miVD6jfw&e= > and other instrumentation in various core facilities at Princeton University. Princeton University is in an idyllic town midway between New York City and Philadelphia, with convenient train access to both cities.

Interested applicants should apply online for projects on:
