Hi everyone,

We worked with our antibody business to productize the antibody tool scFv16 that can be used for the stabilization of GPCR/G-protein complexes: https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.thermofisher.com/antibody/product/GPCR-G-protein-complex-stabilizing-scFv-Antibody-clone-scFv16-Recombinant-Monoclonal/703976__;!!Mih3wA!XCxzcQ9YFcV5F_BFra4FceRi2KICK_IVrXGQgUi8_V_keIQ_MVpM-FifliqBaoT0Yg$

The scFv16 is license-free and amenable to a variety (if not all) of G-protein subfamilies (e.g. Gi, Gs, etc). For those of you old enough to remember the intractability of active GPCR complexes, here's a rapidly growing list of PDB depositions using scFv16: https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://bit.ly/3brPIDt__;!!Mih3wA!XCxzcQ9YFcV5F_BFra4FceRi2KICK_IVrXGQgUi8_V_keIQ_MVpM-Fiflio_B4Zk8A$ . Please do reach out if you have any questions regarding scFv16 or GPCR cryo-EM in general.

Cheers
Mazdak
