[3dem] cisTEM updates?

Hi David,

Cistem-1.0.0-beta is the last official release. Hiwever, there is a
development version of cisTEM available on github which is being
continually updated.

This version is less stable than the 1.0.0 release, and may well contain
bugs, so unless there is a specific feature that you require, the 1.0.0
release is often recommended.

Hopefully we will be able to release a stable version of cistem 2.0.0
before too long.
