[3dem] using MTF during framealignemnt

Actually I want to ask something like this..
Relion3.1 uses the MTF of the detector during refinement stages of refinement. So that which MTF of the detector should give the better results -CDS or standard ? Anyone has any idea!

With kind regards,

Jay Rai

Thank you for the answer. The question was wrong. I was thinking of something else. But I did understand what you mean?

With kind regards,

Hi,

What do you mean by framealignment? Motion correction or Bayesian Polishing?

Both don't use an MTF file.

Best regards,
