Actually I want to ask something like this..</div>

Relion3.1 uses the MTF of the detector during refinement stages of refinement. So that which MTF of the detector should give the better results -CDS or standard ? Anyone has any idea!</div>

What do you mean by framealignment? Motion correction or Bayesian Polishing?<br>

Both don't use an MTF file.<br>
