[3dem] Major Diamond upgrade – your support needed

Diamond is planning a transformational upgrade which will enhance all beamlines and provide new scientific opportunities (details here<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.diamond.ac.uk/Home/About/Vision/Diamond-II.html__;!!Mih3wA!XP8XV-0dsW65JEMTEzwCQS5GxjBrl9nIl5-pQt2f-E-xqfRFkoxAn6iqX0YdkgLfpA$ >).

A set of ‘flagship’ projects are being developed across Life and Physical Sciences, but we can’t do them all. In December, our advisory committees will prioritize them. A major consideration in this will be the strength of community support.
