[3dem] updated Artica/Krios question

Hi,


    Thanks to all the responses I have received in less than a day.  The consensus seems to be that there are known issues with the optics boards in the Talos line of ThermoFisher TEM's.  I will discuss this with my service engineer and hope that replacing things will solve the problem.  It also seems like some people have had firmware changes that helped, but fewer people have reported that than have talked about board replacements.
