[3dem] Server reboot

Hello David,

Mark is correct on the optics board issue. We have also experienced this at UTSW. I just wanted to add that when I reboot our server our HT will shut off, but our FEG will normally stay under power.

Hope your issue is resolved quickly with swapping one (or all three) of the optics boards.
