[3dem] Open position @ ScopeM ETH Zurich, Switzerland: technical expert / engineer in electron microscopy with focus on cryoEM

ETH Zurich and its Scientific Center for Optical and Electron Microscopy (ScopeM - www.scopem.ethz.ch) has an interesting open position for a technical expert in electron microscopy with focus on cryo-electron microscopy. ScopeM - as a central scientific technology platform of ETH Zurich - operates numerous TEM, SEM and FIBSEM, including several instruments dedicated to cryoEM, notably two (soon three) 300kV Titan Krioses, the first one equipped with Falcon III & Gatan K2 direct detectors, GIF Quantum LS, as well as phase plate and the second one equipped with Gatan K3 direct detector and GIF Quantum LS.



The main responsibilities for this position include the operation/maintenance of cryo-TEMs and the training/provision of expert support to users.
