[3dem] desktop TEMs

Hello Kristin,

Once I played with a 5 kv one. They are good for cell biology, but the
sample preparation is very difficult for none experienced users. Also the
resolution you should expect is in the range on 2nm and for sure it is not
good for seeing proteins.

Indeed I never saw and used a 25kv one.
