[3dem] Postdoc position at LMB image processing/microscope control

Dear All

We have a postdoc position available jointly between the Scheres and Briggs labs at LMB to develop automated data acquisition and on-the-fly processing procedures for sample screening and assessment. These will be tested using a new Glacios microscope we are installing for this purpose. The work will involve scripting for microscope control in SerialEM as well as extending image analysis capabilities of RELION.
