Hello,

If you would please advise on the following

In Motion correction, for super-resolution movies:

1-What is the recommended b-factor and number of patches?

2-If the plot of early motion is around zero and total motion and late motion are the same (plots are attached),

what does this mean? how to judge if motion correction is successful? What is the acceptable total, early and late motion value range? Sometimes the logfile is not written out only individual eps files?

52 e/A^2, 21 frames,0.2 s each

?

3-What is the acceptable range for dose per frame? If a lower value than the actual dose is used, does it affect/improve the output?

4- Is there any extra options to include in MotionCorr2 for super-resolution movies?

5- GCTF: is there extra options to specify as validation or high resolution? and what is the command line?

6- Is there an exact mathematical relation between the defocus range and step size that should be used for acquisition and the particle size?

Thank you very much for your help and time.
