[3dem] plasma cleaners

Hi Ana,

We have just started using one in the Nogales Lab with the 2 following settings (1 for Quantifoil or C-flats, 2 for regular thick carbon films):

	Mode	power	duty ratio		gas (sccm) 	duration (m:s)
1 	remote	15W		64			10.0			1:00
2	remote	15W		255			10.0			0:30

We have had good results with those settings using air as gas, both for freezing grids (1) or negative stain (2) so far.
