[3dem] Recommendations for booking/billing software

Dear Claire, here at Institut Pasteur we are obviously using PPMS from stratocore and we are very happy with it. It has a whole lot of features, besides just  booking equipment, that come in very handy in an EM facility; to name just a few:
Parameters about booking- and down-times
Billing features (actually stratocore/Pasteur is working on a feature such that billing it automatically transferred to our financial admin; until now we have to extract the numbers from the system ourselves)
Features to follow projects, etc.

I believe the software is not cheap though; I have heard numbers of around 8000 euro/year.

Hi all,

What have your experiences been with different booking/billing softwares e.g. ilab, stratocore etc? We're just trying to get a feel for if theres something out there that people really love (or hate!)?
