The CUI is a diverse EM core facility supporting the EM research needs of King’s College London.  This role is principally to support the diagnostic EM and clinical research activity.  I’m looking a person to join the team who will bring strong EM interests to the team and will help ensure delivery of our diagnostic EM activity and engage with clinician to extend our clinical research.

Electron Microscopy Applications Specialist (Research)

The Centre for Ultrastructural Imaging is a King's College London core facility that delivers world leading electron microscopy research in collaboration with scientists and clinicians.
This role will be instrumental in delivering a high-quality electron microscopy service at King's. You will need to have experience of using a variety of electron microscopy techniques, technologies and procedures as well as evidence of working with a range of stakeholders.
This role is part of a team of technical experts who enable world leading electron microscopy research. You will need to be able to work autonomously with little supervision whilst also working with others to enable the smooth running of a busy facility.
