Our NYC research center is looking for a Research Computing Engineer to administer our computing infrastructure, support for research-specific resources including CPU and GPU based high performance computing clusters, and large dataset storage and transfer.

The City University of New York Advanced Science Research Center (CUNY ASRC) Computing Infrastructure supports exciting projects across 5 initiatives and addresses dynamic and challenging computational problems. This position offers a unique opportunity to interface with scientists at the ASRC and with computing engineers at the Graduate Center to help accelerate world-class research programs in Nanoscience, Photonics, Structural Biology, Neuroscience, and Environmental Science with state-of-the-art instrumentation. The ASRC offers a highly interactive and collaborative environment for research programs to flourish among normally disparate fields and the salary offered is commensurate with the wild and exciting New York City life.
