[3dem] Gctf v1.01 too slow on GPU

Hi,
I am trying to run Gctf to refine CTF in my stack (from cisTEM) on GPU machine. It still tuns slow (5 days per 800,000 particle stack). I wonder can I accelerate it? I am not sure if GPU is utilized.
I use the following command (with corresponding parameter edits):
Gctf-v0.50_sm_30_cu5.0_x86_64  --refine_input_ctf  --input_ctfstar micrographs_all_ctffind.star  --do_EPA   --apix 1.07
Also this command does not include -do_local_refine. Is this ok?
If I run "Gctf-v0.50_sm_30_cu5.0_x86_64  Micrographs/Falcon*.mrc   --do_EPA   --apix 1.07 --do_local_refine --boxsuffix .box", where do I get .box file?
