[3dem] Symmetry in 3D classification and refinement

?Hello,


If the PDB of the structure has icosahedral 532 symmetry which symbol (I n=1,2,3,4) should in 3D classification and auto refinement? I tried I1 and I4 which gave output while other indices gave errrors.

If the particles are 100,000; what is the advisable number of 3D classes, what is effect of the option "--maxsig 300 ".

Does selecting to "Ignore CTFs until first peak" make a difference in 3D classification.
