[3dem] Send Dry Shipper

Dear Daniel,

The Dry shipper is IATA compliant.
So you can send it as a normal Cargo package.
Remember to empty the liquid nitrogen before you ship.  Otherwise it is not
IATA compliant.
Also remember to put a tape on the lid that says, DONOT OPEN.  Other wise
it may land up
with ice contamination at the other end.
