Hi,
Yes, we went through two of them before having a third one survive. One
transient solution is to remove the inner container and add a layer of
thick polyethylene in between the container and the styrofoam molding. A
biohazard bag works well. Ask your FSE for authorization to disassemble the
unit and the solution will allow you to keep working until they replace the
unit.
