A 2-year research technician position is available in my lab,  to provide support to a research project funded by the Wellcome Trust. The project will investigate the structure of protein-DNA complexes operating in DNA replication and repair, and will involve the use of a range of techniques in the fields of bacterial cell culture, protein expression and purification and preparation of samples for Electron Microscopy and other biophysical techniques.
