[3dem] PostDoc/PhD position for computational CryoET in Basel

Dear colleagues,
 a position is available to work in the development  and maintenance of  the  Dynamo package for tomography and subtomogram averaging (www.dynamo-em.org<http://www.dynamo-em.org>)
We welcome applications from numerical scientists with solid skills in  Matlab, C++, CUDA and/or Python. Experience in Computer Vision and Deep Learning is highly desirable.  A background in Image Processing for CryoEM is a plus.
 This position is funded for four years and can be shaped as a Postdoc, PhD student or Scientific Programmer;  salary will be  commensurate to skills and qualification.
 The successful candidate will join  Henning Stahlberg's research group at the  C-CINA center in  the Biozentrum of the University of Basel, granting access to outstanding resources for data analysis and acquisition.
