[3dem] How long do Titan Krios installations typically take?

How long do Titan Krios installations really take? We were told today that our svc engineers needed to order a replacement HT tank for our new installation. I didn't expect that a 2-3 month install would really happen, but thought the end would be in sight after 5 months. What are the real experiences with installation times? Thanks, Dave Timm
