[3dem] help with old microscope

Hi David,

Yes it is an RCA EMU-3.  There were several versions of that -- I had an 
EMU-3D, and I was happy to replace it with a Siemens 1a (which I 
restored to operation in 2017!)-- but the EMU-3 version can't be 
determined from the picture.
