[3dem] CryoEM facility manager position at Stony Brook University

Dear colleagues,

Stony Brook University is seeking an enthusiastic individual to manage our
cryo-EM facility (equipped with Talos Arctica microscope and direct
electron detect, along with standard sample preparation equipments and
computational infrastructure). Primary responsibilities of this position
include maintaining the day-to-day running of the facility and training new
users. The facility manager will have the opportunity to collaborate with
internal and external researchers in TEM-focus research projects.

The candidate should have a degree in engineering, physics, biological
sciences, material sciences or a related field of science, and extensive
experience in the operation and maintenance of electron microscopes and
sample preparation. Strong communication skill is required.
