Post-doctoral position in Image Processing for Cryogenic Electron Microscopy at Yale University
A post-doctoral position is available in Prof. Tagare's lab at Yale University for research in image processing for cryogenic electron microscopy (cryo-em). This position is purely computational. Responsibilities include algorithm development for processing cryo-em images. Knowledge of mathematical probability theory and some familiarity with modern signal processing is a plus. Familiarity with MATLAB, C(C++), and Python programming (two of the three) is necessary. GPU programming is a plus, but is not necessary.
