Hi Sanchaita,

I used to use Ni-NTA nanogold for cryo samples, the type I used is 5 nm
Ni-NTA-Nanogold (Nanoprobes, NY, USA). They also have lager ones(10 or
15nm), which may be useful for negative stain.
