Dear all,

It seems the link for Gctf program was missed in the final version of the
paper which should have been included in the Appendix.
http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1047847715301003
The supplementary was not put online at the same time after the conversion
to Data in Brief article.
Prof. Carragher is now kindly helping to fix this issue.

As more and more people were asking for the program, it could be found here:
http://www.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/kzhang/Gctf/

Also the accurate and fast auto-picking program could be found here:
http://www.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/kzhang/Gautomatch/
Note: An old version of Gautomatch was originally developed in Dr. Fei
Sun's lab 6 years ago.
The basic concept was based on local cross-correlation (as described in
FindEM paper) at that time.
However, the concept and usage of newer version has been largely updated,
which now requires only a single and simple command for accurate and
'smart' whole-dataset processing.
Typical speed: ~2s for a typical 4096X4096 micrograph with 15 templates;
Almost as fast as reading files for virus or high contrast spheric
particles (no templates required).

For more details, advanced usage, please email me.

Best wishes
Kai
