[3dem] Falcon2 movie mode and SerialEM

Dear all,

Recently we installed serialEM on our Polara microscope, which had EPU
installed with ran functionally earlier. Today we met an error message
saying " cannot save frame processing mode" when we ran EPU with movie mode
on Falcon2 camera, but EPU works well with normal mode (single frame mode).
Since we didn't change any setting on the computer except for SerialEM
installation, does anyone have idea or experience if serialEM installation
could cause this issue? Any idea or clue will be appreciated.
