[3dem] Postdoctoral positions

Postdoctoral positions are available in the Lab of Joachim Frank , Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics and   Department of Biological Sciences, Columbia University.  Experience is required in at least two of the following areas: single-particle cryo-EM, math/computation, atomic modeling.  Areas of biology are molecular machines, ribosome structure and dynamics, calcium release channel.  Areas of methods development are time-resolved cryo-EM (Chen et al., Structure 2015) and tracking of a continuum of conformational states by manifold embedding (Dashti et al., PNAS 2014).
