[3dem] sharing em maps during peer-review process

I agree entirely with Ed: this has been common practice in the X-ray crystallography field for eons. It avoids many reviewing “oversights” which are so damaging to a field as whole in the long term.

PS: I wasn’t your reviewer either! ;)
