[3dem] Correlative Microscopy Postdoc Position at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) has an immediate opening for a postdoctoral scientist to work on correlative imaging of biological systems (Job ID:303328). The candidate will spend 40hours/week integrating cell-free expression of soluble and membrane proteins, cryogenic and in-situ transmission electron microscopy, high-pressure freezing of cell cultures, slice-and-view scanning electron microscopy, room temperature and cryogenic electron tomography, correlative fluorescence microscopy and secondary ion mass spectrometry. Strong expertise in one or more of the areas of molecular biology, biochemistry, structural biology, high-resolution fluorescence or cryo-TEM or cryo-electron tomography techniques is desired.
